She and her running mate, former Fergus Falls Mayor Ben Schierer, will expand Minnesota’s rural economy by working with businesses and farmers to grow and produce more products, find new markets, and export to the world. They will work with the private sector to build more homes, support rural hospitals, increase access to child care, and create new pathways to the workforce. They’ll modernize rural broadband and infrastructure, and strengthen the farm safety net. Together, they will make sure Minnesotans can live, work, and raise a family anywhere in Minnesota — because kids who grow up in rural Minnesota should be able to stay in rural Minnesota.
